All registration locations
will be held at the Bible Evangelical Free Church at 625 W Veterans in
Tomah.
U3-U4 $30 (t-shirt
included)
U5-U8 $30 (plus jersey
fee)
U9-U14 $55 (plus jersey
fee)
Due to our current jersey no longer being available the
TYSA will be switching to a new jersey. ALL players U5 and up will be
required to purchase a new jersey. More information will be coming out
on this.
$60 volunteer fee

NOTE: mailing
in of registrations (PO Box 233) will be accepted, but will include an extra
$10 processing fee. Please be sure you have all the correct forms
filled out and proper fees sent.

Box 233, Tomah, WI 54660. THERE IS A
10.00 MAIL IN FEE THAT IS REQUIRED!!!! We encourage
you to come to one of the registration dates/locations described above.
